Referral Policy
Snipebridge partners with high-caliber professionals and industry leaders to identify transformative talent. Our Referral Program recognizes and rewards meaningful introductions that result in successful placements. The terms below define the conditions under which referral rewards are earned and issued.
1. Referral Reward
Snipebridge offers a $1,000 USD referral reward for each successful candidate referral that results in a qualifying placement. The reward is payable after the referred candidate completes the Qualifying Period outlined below.
2. Qualifying Period
To qualify for the referral reward:
- The referred candidate must be successfully placed by Snipebridge in a permanent or qualifying contract role.
- The candidate must complete 12 consecutive weeks (three calendar months) of active employment from their official start date.
- The candidate must remain employed in good standing through the completion of the 12-week period.
Referral payments will be processed within 30 days following successful completion of the Qualifying Period.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a referral reward:
- The referral must be submitted through Snipebridge’s official referral form or directly via email to a Snipebridge representative.
- The referred candidate must not already be registered in Snipebridge’s database at the time of referral.
- The referred candidate must not have been previously introduced to the same client by another source.
- The referrer must have the candidate’s consent to share their information.
- The referrer must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Non-Eligibility
Referral rewards will not be issued if:
- The candidate was already in Snipebridge’s database.
- The candidate had prior active engagement with Snipebridge.
- The candidate is placed through another recruiter or channel.
- The candidate leaves employment before completing the 12-week Qualifying Period.
- The referrer is a Snipebridge employee (unless part of an internal program).
- The referral involves a conflict of interest or breach of confidentiality.
5. Payment Terms
- Referral rewards are paid via ACH, wire transfer, or check.
- Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Only one referral reward will be issued per candidate placement.
- In the event multiple individuals refer the same candidate, the reward will be issued to the first documented referral received.
6. Program Modifications
Snipebridge reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
- Review and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Withhold payment in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violation.
7. Confidentiality
Referrers agree not to disclose confidential information about Snipebridge’s clients, searches, or hiring processes without written authorization.
